About Us

Swim Ohio is a Swimming institute dedicated to providing the best qualitylevel of swimming education towards all levels and ages of individuals. All lessons and coaches are trained through our Head Coach Dali Dong, whohas over 40 years of experience in coaching and swimming education.

Why Swimming :
Swimming is one of the most competitive sports currently enrolled in the Olympics , swimming provides learners the benefit of a vigorous workout as well as the fun and thrill of competition.

Staff

Head Coach Dali Dong : Dali Dong has over 40 years of coaching experience at all levels. Dali Dong started his swimming career in 1969, in the Chinese national swimming team. After his retirement in 1988 Dali Dong was enrolled in The Beijing University of Physical Education. Ever Since, Coach Dali has been dedicated to the coaching of swimming education. World Champion Zhao Na began her swimming career under the influence and coaching of Dali Dong.

Professional Career :

• 1981 Spring Season National Championship 1500m free. 2nd place
• 1982 Spring season National Championship 1500m free 1st place
• 1983 Spring seasons National Championship 400 IM 2nd place
• 1983 People’s Republic of China Fifth National Sports Meet 400 IM 1st place
• 1984 Spring season National Championship 400 IM 1st place
• 1985 1st Asian district (Hong Kong) championship 400 M Free 2nd place
• 1985 1st Asian District (Hong Kong) championship 400 IM 1st place
• 1986 National Championship 400 M 1st place
• 1987 5th National Sport Meet 400 IM 2nd place.
