• Missed lessons will be counted
• Cancelation of lessons must be noted to the swim instructor or emailed to Michael 4 hours prior to the lessons. All others will be counted as a missed lesson.
• All lessons in conflict due to pool schedule or maintenance will be fully rescheduled with no charge to the swimmer
